Rachel has been with the firm since 1998 and became a partner in 2016. She has worked in a conveyancing role throughout her career both in local regional firms and a spell in a city firm before joining Unsworth Rose. She specialises in residential conveyancing transactions with particular knowledge of the local area.

Belinda joined the firm in 1999 and became a partner in 2016. She undertakes residential and commercial conveyancing. Her commercial expertise includes the sale and acquisition of businesses encompassing licensed premises, grant of leases and commercial freehold premises. She also has substantial experience in advising developers regarding the implementation of the legal groundwork for residential developments.
